Sessions Judge has ordered the arrest of Real Estate King Ranjan Lal Mishra along with Investigating officer Durgogi, Meshtru Venkatachalaiah, Soma alias Bullet Soma and Bhoja in Raju murder Case. In his judgement, he said that it is a lesson for those who play with the honest people for fulfilling their vested interests.
Mr Dadyashankar Patil has argued for the prosecution. Mr. CSP was the defence lawyer for the accused, Mr Deshpande, Shashikanth and Prajna.
The Police has filed the charge sheet against the above three on the murder charges claimimg that they have planned the murder of Raju who was the son-in-law of Deshpande and Prajna's husband.
Whole Karnataka sighed a great relief after hearing the judgment. This case was indeed a special one as it involved the worst nexus of real estate businessmen and the politicians along with the police.
