On every 28th February, National Science Day is observed to mark Raman Effect (which C. V. Raman discovered on the same day long back in 1928).
It is unfortunate that entire nation have no time to bother about this great day. Only few prestigious science institutes arrange some meaningful programs on this day. Once again, the media is very busy with the "Breaking News"
